Barbeque grew up in the South of the USA where cooks learned to slow roast cuts of meat over fire pits to make them tender.
The first offset smokers were built by oilfield workers in Texas & Oklahoma. Far from home and restaurants, it didn’t take much for barbeque-starved welders to look at surplus oil pipe and 55-gallon steel drums and see grills and smokers.
Our award-winning smokers have been imported from the USA and are built to recreate the cooking process of those original fire pits.
Our Pit Master uses only hickory wood in the firebox, taking care that the temperature is just right to create authentic Low & Slow bar-b-q.
